A cargo vessel ' MV Crane' carrying 28,00 tonnes of Manganese ore and Chrome ore is expected to arrive at Vizag port on 9th of July according to data released by port authorities. Vessel contains around 18,000 tonnes of Manganese ore and 10,000 tonnes of Chrome ore.Receiver name and port of loading has not been notified yet.
Imports of Manganese ore to India have fallen almost 25-30% in the month of June owing to sliding Rupee against US dollar.
