South Africa: Jupiter Mines’ manganese ore production hike by 23% q-o-q in Q4FY’24

In Q4FY’24 (Apr-Jun’24), Jupiter Mines Limited reported a 23% increase q-o-q in manganese ore production from Tshipi mines to 0.91 mnt as compared to 0.74 mnt in Q3FY’24. Meanwhile, the sales volume saw an uptick of 36% q-o-q to 1.06 mnt from 0.78 mnt in Q3. The rise can be attributed to sharp increase in manganese prices seen during the quarter.
