Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL), a Vedanta Group company, invites EOI for purchase of 280,000 MT homogeneous single mine non coking coal on CIF west coast port India basis and transportation of coal from west coast port to TSPL, Mansa, Punjab.
Delivery Schedule: Tentative delivery schedule will be 160,000 MT quantities in Nov’17 and 120,000 MT quantities by Jan’18.
Validity: Bids submitted, to remain valid and open for acceptance for 20 days from the date of tender opening.
Specification:
Gross calorific value (as received basis): 5,000 to 5,800 kcal/kg
Volatile matter (air dried basis): 37 to 42%
Ash (air dried basis): 12% max
Total moisture (as received basis): 28% max
Sulphur (air dried basis): 1.2% max
Eligibility criteria:
The bidder should be a regular supplier of bulk quantities of non coking coal and must have supplied and handled minimum 0.5 MnT non coking coal in any one financial year during last three financial years.
The annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding financial year as on the last date of bid submission shall not be less than INR 200 Crores.
Due date (IST):
Due date of bid submission is 10 Oct’17 till 11:30 hrs and techno-commercial opening is scheduled on same day at 13:30 hrs.
