SAIL, one of the major steel producers in India, floated a tender to procure 10,500MT of High Carbon Ferro manganese for its various plants.
The online reverse auction tender process has also been completed and the commodity to be purchased from Maithan Alloys and Sarda Energy.
According to sources, L1 for the tender has been awarded to Maithan Alloys and L2 to Sarda Energy, at INR 70,300/MT (LCNS Price). L1 and L2 prices are inclusive of freight and GST as applicable.
Quantity allocation has also been finalized with L1 for the tender getting awarded 6,500 MT and the remaining 4,000 MT awarded to L2.
