National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) is going to conduct an e-auction of 60,000 MT calibrated lump ore, 24,000 MT iron ore lump, 108,000 MT iron ore fines and 20,000 MT ROM on 14 Feb’17. The material shall be delivered on FoR ex-mine basis. Material has been offered from Chhattisgarh region, namely Kirandul and Bacheli mines.

Interested buyers should give their quotations in INR/MT FoR, exclusive of royalty, sales tax and any other statutory duties, levies and taxes etc, which are applicable at time of supply.
The contract period is of 45 days from the date of issuance of acceptance letter.
Last date for submitting the required documents is 14 Feb’17 till 12:00 hrs and the auction will start on same day at 14:00 hrs.
NMDC raised iron ore prices to 7% for Feb’17 deliveries
In the latest price revision done on Feb’17 month, NMDC has raised prices of Baila lump and fines prices by INR 100/MT, DR-CLO by INR 185/MT and ROM by INR 85/MT for Feb’17 deliveries.
