India: UltraTech Cement reports 12.9% sales volume in Q2 FY27

UltraTech Cement reported stand alone sales volume of 38.22 million tonnes in Q2 FY27, up 12.9% y-o-y, while grey cement capacity increased to 210.1 mnt/year following 4.6 mnt/year commissioning. Operational EBITDA rose 20.3% to INR 3,721 crore, with EBITDA per tonne improving to INR 974. The company also expanded its distribution network, adding 6,289 UltraTech Building Solutions outlets, up 24% y-o-y.
