State-owned, KIOCL has invited a tender for import of 70,000 DMT (dry metric tonne) high-grade iron ore concentrate/ blast furnace pellet feed iron ore, haematite from overseas and offshore sources.
This material is required for pellet plant situated at Panambur, Mangalore, India, on CIFFO, New Mangalore port India basis. Quotations are invited only from reputed iron ore suppliers i.e. mine owners/ traders/ stockists.
The offer validity is for 15 days from the date of techno-commercial opening.
Specification (dry basis)
Fe: 67.20 % (Fe content 66.80 % guaranteed)
Alumina (Al2O3): 0.70% max
Silica (SiO2): 2.50 % max
SiO2+Al2O3: 3.20 % max
Phosphorous: 0.045 % max
Sulphur: 0.050 % max
Bidders are requested to submit the quotations in USD only. Cargo unloading at new Mangalore port will be done by buyer at his own cost.
Interested bidders can submit their bids till 13 Jan’17 at 14:00 hrs and techno-commercial bids will open on same day at 15:00 hrs.
