Vizag Steel, an Indian state owned steelmaker has again extended an export tender for 10,000 MT wire rod coils. This time company has extended the bid submission due date till 4 Jan’17.
As per the source, company extended the dates due to technical reasons. They have modified few technical requirements.
These are the following modifications :
1. 5.5 mm wire rod coils are from WRM-2 instead of WRM-1.
2. Grade of wire rod coils in size 16 mm is modified as SAE 1018 grade instead of SAE 1008 / SAE 1010.
3. The maximum quantity to be quoted for each size is 5,000 MT or 2,000 MT only as the case may be.
Destination : Any country other than banned countries.
Bidders are requested to offer their price in USD per MT on FOB Visakhapatnam on direct export basis.
