Saurashtra Cement has temporarily shut its kiln at its Ranavav cement plant in Gujarat from 21 July for scheduled annual maintenance, which is expected to last around 24 days. The company stated that cement and clinker dispatches will continue as usual during the shutdown, leading to no immediate impact on customer supplies while routine maintenance work is carried out.
