Indian secondary structure market has reported positive sentiments this week. Domestic structure prices have moved up by INR 1,000/MT.
Major price rise is seen in Mumbai by INR 1,000/MT amid shortage of scrap, resulted rising price of semis and finish long.
However, south market remained stable this week; structure maker of Hyderabad offering 40×40 mm angle at INR 28,000/MT.
In a week, 125×125 mm billet prices have moved up by INR 1,300/MT in Mumbai region and hovering at the range of INR 21,650-26,200/MT.
Meanwhile, 100×100 mm angle prices is being offered in Durgapur at INR 28,750/MT, in Ahmedabad at INR 27,400/MT, in Raipur at INR 26,100/MT and in Hyderabad at INR 28,000/MT.
Offers for 200×75 mm channel are evaluated in Durgapur at INR 27,750/MT, in Ghaziabad at INR 30,500/MT, in Ahmedabad at INR 27,600/MT, in Mumbai at INR 29,700/MT and in Raipur at INR 26,100/MT.
At the same time, 200×100 mm heavy beam offers are assessed in Durgapur at INR 27,750/MT, in Ghaziabad at INR 30,000/MT, in Ahmedabad at INR 27,400/MT, in Mumbai at INR 30,300/MT and in Raipur at INR 25,600/MT.
