The Baltic Dry Index increased by 0.3% (7 points) d-o-d to 2,640 on 21 Apr’26, reflecting balanced market conditions, with steady cargo demand and firm Capesize support offset by softer Panamax activity.

• Capesize: BCI remained stable at 4,300.
• Panamax: BPI decreased 0.2% (3 points) to 1,973.
• Supramax: BSI inched up by 0.8% (11 points) to 1,433.
