Indonesian physical steam coal offers reduced in the range of $3-5 per MT for 5100-5300 and 5300-5500 GCV material. 39% moisture inherent 5300 – 5100 Kcal/Kg coal is available at as low as $54 at Vizag port.
A trader based in Kolkata said, “there is quite a bit of quantity available on Indian ports and demand from China has also been poor owing to which offers have come down. We are hoping some demand may be seen in the coming weeks on restocking of the material”.
