According to the trade statistics released by Brazilian Customs, Brazil has exported around 0.18 MnT Manganese ore in Oct’16 .
Manganese ore exports have registered a rise of 100% M-o-M as exports were around 0.09 MnT in Sep’16. On similar lines, Brazilian Manganese ore export has increased significantly by 28% Y-o-Y basis.
In the first ten months of 2016, the country exported 1.49 MnT Manganese ore, marginally up by almost 3% as it was 1.45 MnT in the same consecutive period last year.

China, the largest Manganese ore importer in the world has imported 0.11 MnT in the month of Oct’16, up by a massive 175% as it was 0.04 MnT in Sep’16. The nation had not imported Manganese ore from Brazil in Oct’15.
Argentina turned out to be the only other importer of Brazilian Manganese ore, imported 0.07 MnT Manganese ore against 0.02 MnT in Sep’16. The nation had imported 0.10 MnT in the month of Oct’15.
