Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Limited (SMIORE) sold 55,000 t of iron ore out of 141,000 t offered from Bellary, Karnataka, on 28 Feb’26. 30,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 54.3-58.2%) were booked at INR 3,284-4,874/t and 5,000 t (20-40 mm, Fe 55.5-57.9%) at INR 3,725-4,517/t. Another 4,000 t of lumps (5-20 mm, Fe 56.1-61.8%) were booked at INR 3,995-4,460/t and 16,000 t (Fe 61.8-61.9%) fines at INR 4,460-4558/t (including taxes).
