South African iron ore lumps import offers declined by $3.5/t from the 3 Dec assessment, with Fe 64% lumps now at $113/t CNF Kandla as of 10 Dec, reflecting weaker buying enquiries and more cost-effective domestic supply. Meanwhile, global benchmark fines (Fe 62%) fell by $2.3/t w-o-w to $105.5/t CNF China on 9 Dec. The spot lump premium also eased by $0.025/t w-o-w to $0.0600/dmtu on Tuesday.
