Colombia: Coal exports slide in Nov’25 amid subdued demand

Colombia’s bulk coal and coke (including coking, non-coking, and met coke) exports totalled 4.25 mnt in Nov’25, down 21.8% m-o-m and 13% y-o-y, indicating subdued overseas demand. Brazil retained its position as the top buyer at 0.48 mnt, though shipments dropped 35% m-o-m. The Netherlands and South Korea followed at 0.33 mnt each, posting sharp m-o-m declines of 51% and 17%, respectively.
