Korea East-West Power Co. Ltd (EWP), having its head office in Ulsan, Korea,
issued a tender for purchase of 1 MnT steam coal for Korean Gencos Power Plants. The delivery of the material is required in Nov-Dec’16.
The total quantity of the coal is divided into two parts because of different specifications. The first part is of 650,000 MT (NCV 5,700 kcal/kg min) and second part is of 350,000 MT (NCV 4,600 kcal/kg min).
Bidders are requested to offer the quantity in lots of 130,000 MT for the first part and 70,000 MT for the second part on FOBT basis. The bid price of the material should be one single fixed number (US$).
The offer shall be valid for the period of 15 days from the date of tender closing. Although EWP can request the bidder to extend the validity period, if necessary.
Note: Russian coal is not allowed.

The due date of submitting tender document is 30 Sep’16 up to 14:00 hrs (Korean Standard Time).
