It is reported that some Ukrainian export deals to Turkey have been signed at ($395/t C&F), $380/t FOB Black & Azov Sea ports.
Last deals concluded at US $397 C&F Turkey in the first week of June.
As the Turkey scrap market is stable, Ukrainian suppliers are reluctant to offer big discount to Turkey, unlike that to European countries.
