Baltic index rebounds on Capesize recovery

The Baltic Exchange’s dry bulk index strengthened on 6 Oct’25 against 3 Oct amid recovery in Capesize rates.

• Capesize: BCI index rose by 104 points to 2,828 on 6 Oct’25 against 3 Oct.
• Panamax: BPI inched down by 8 points to 1,654 points.
• Supramax: BSI index dropped by 4 points to 1,443 points.
