SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant sold 2,469 t of crude coal tar on 1 Sep’25 at a weighted average price of INR 35,500/t ex-works. The sale contrasts with the 26 Aug’25 auction, which drew no bids due to a higher base price, and reflects a decline of INR 2,500/t from the 11 Aug’25 auction, which witnessed a weighted average price of INR 38,000/t ex-works.
