Japan ferrous scrap export witnessed a downfall of 25% M-o-M. Japan, The third largest exporter of Ferrous Scrap exported 0.63 MnT during Jul’16 against 0.83 MnT in Jun’16. Exports were down by 14% Y-o-Y, the nation exported 0.73 MnT during Jul’15.
•Exports to South Korea registered a downfall of 22% M-o-M and 18% Y-o-Y. The nation exported 0.28 MnT during Jul’16 and 0.36 MnT during Jun’16.
•Japan exported 0.16 MnT to China, registered a growth of 7% M-o-M but also registered a downfall of 23% Y-o-Y. Exports to China were 0.15 during Jun’16 and 0.13 MnT during Jul’15.
•About 0.14 MnT Ferrous Scrap were exported to Viet Nam during Jul’16, registered a downfall of 26% M-o-M and 39% Y-o-Y.
•Exports to Taiwan registered a downfall of 67% M-o-M, but witnessed a growth of 200% Y-o-Y. The nation exported 0.03 MnT during Jul’16 and 0.09 MnT during Jun’16
•Exports to Bangladesh were down by 50%, remained stable Y-o-Y. The nation exported 0.01 MnT to Bangladesh in Jul’16.
•Exports of Scrap generated from Plate cutting registered a downfall of 26% M-o-M and 8% Y-o-Y. Around 0.37 MnT were exported by the nation during Jul’16
•Other scrap of Iron and steel exports were down by 24% M-o-M and by 21% Y-o-Y. Around 0.19 MnT was exported by the nation during Jul’16 and 0.25 MnT during Jun’16.
•Export of scrap generated from Turning, Shavings was down by 13% M-o-M, remained stable Y-o-Y. The nation exported around 0.07 MnT during Jul’16.
•Scrap generated by other alloy steel registered a downfall of 100% Y-o-Y. The nation exported 0.02 MnT during Jul’15. Exports were nil during Jun’16 and Jul’16.
