Orissa Minerals Development Company (OMDC) has scheduled an auction for 14,685 t (10-40 mm, Fe 56.59-57.14%) of iron ore lumps from its Bagiaburu mines, Odisha, on 3 Sep’25. In its last auction on 20 Aug, 4,576 t of iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59.65%) were booked at INR 5,140/t against the base price of INR 4,700/t. Floor prices are yet to be declared, which will be on ex-mines basis, inclusive of taxes.
