Nepal’s rebar prices fell by NPR 600/t ($4/t) w-o-w to NPR 75,500-76,500/t ($539-546/t) for cash guarantee and NPR 77,500-78,500/t ($554-561/t) for bank guarantee sales. Prices fell amid subdued demand during the monsoon season. Wire rod (IF-EAF) prices also edged down by $1/t w-o-w to $496/t CNF Raxaul.
