Canada Exports 1.52 MnT Ferrous Scrap during H1 2016

As per Canadian Customs, the nation exported 1.52 MnT ferrous scrap during Jan-Jun’16. Exports were stable Y-o-Y. The nation exported 0.26 MnT during June’16, export fell by 14% M-o-M against 0.30 MnT in May’16.
Country-wise export

 Canada exported 1.32 MnT ferrous scrap to US, witnessed a downfall of 6% against 1.40 MnT during H1 2015.
 About 0.05 MnT of scrap was exported to India; registered a growth of 67% Y-o-Y. About 0.03 MnT was exported to India during H1 2015.
 Canada exported 0.04 MnT ferrous scrap to China, registered a growth of 100% Y-o-Y. The nation exported 0.02 MnT during H1 2015.
 A growth of 33% was witnessed in export to Taiwan. The nation exported 0.04 MnT to Taiwan during H1 2016 against 0.03 MnT in H1 2015.
 Canada exported 0.02 MnT ferrous scrap to Bangladesh during H1 2016, registered a growth of 100% against 0.01 MnT in H1 2015.
