Jindal Stainless (JSL) posted an 8% y-o-y rise in sales at 626,252 t in Q1FY26, driven by strong domestic demand from the auto, metro, white goods, and infrastructure sectors. However, volumes dipped 3% q-o-q due to a high base in Q4 and seasonal softness. Domestic sales comprised 91% of total, while exports held steady at 9% despite global headwinds and protectionist measures in the EU and US.
