India: NMDC to auction around 400,000 t of iron ore from Karnataka

NMDC has scheduled two auctions for 392,000 t of iron ore from its Karnataka-based mines next week.

• NMDC Donimalai: 32,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 55%) and 16,000 t of fines (Fe 56%) on 5 Aug.
• NMDC Kumaraswamy: 112,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 58.93-60.91%) and 232,000 t of fines (Fe 56.21-60.83%) on 6 Aug.

Floor prices are yet to be declared and will include royalty, DMF, and NMET.
