Major merchant miners in Odisha continue to hold iron ore prices. Iron ore prices in Odisha remained stable in entire Jul’16.
SteelMint in talk with merchant miners in Odisha learned that owing to monsoons mining activities have slowed down. Also buying is not too strong following which less revision in prices is expected in the near short term.
Some miners shared that prices are already at lower levels and there is less scope of further reduction in iron ore prices.
