China: Steel billet prices edge up by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d

Steel billet prices in Tangshan, China, were up slightly by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d to RMB 2,920/t ($406/t), including 13% VAT, on 18 Jun’25.
The uptick was supported by stable finished steel prices and a slight gain in rebar futures.
SHFE rebar futures (Oct’25) inched up by RMB 5/t ($1/t) d-o-d to RMB 2,986/t ($416/t) on 18 Jun’25.
