Ultra Tech Cement wins 2 coal linkage with total quantity of 47,300 MT per annum for its Chhattisgarh plant.
UltraTech Cement, a largest manufacturer of grey cement, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and white cement in India had participated recently in the coal linkage auction for Captive Power Plant sub-sector.
The company had won the bid for 2 coal linkage of 27,600 MT and 19,700 MT from Dipka Mines in Chhattisgarh.
The company won the linkage supply at a premium of INR 150/MT over notified price of INR 970/MT. The company aims to participate in the future linkage auctions for fuel supply to its plants located near the coal mines.
