India concludes bulk scrap booking from US

Indian scrap buyers secured 23,000-t shredded at $365/t CFR, 3,000-t bonus at $370/t, and 5,000-t HMS at $360/t from US suppliers, with the vessel expected to reach Kandla by end-July, a source informed BigMint. Additionally, two 20,000-25,000-t bulk cargoes were reportedly booked (confirmation pending) from Japan and South Korea to Chennai. Shindachi was traded at $370-375/t CFR, while H2 was priced $30-35/t lower.
