SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) conducted an auction for 1,802 t of crude coal tar on 19 May’25. As per sources, the weighted average bids received were at INR 38,610/t, showing a rise of INR 1,544/t from the previous auction. Earlier, on 8 May, SAIL BSP had auctioned 1,207 t at a weighted average price of INR 37,066/t exw.
