Sesa Goa, Nation's largest
producer and exporter of Pig Iron in private sector commissions its third blast
furnace of 450m3 capacity with an installed capacity of 0.625
million tonnes per annum (mtpa), which was previously 0.250 mtpa.
The production of Pig Iron
started from the 17th of August '12. Sesa Goa's Pig Iron plant has now
become the largest producer of low phosphorus Pig Iron in the country.
