Demand has contracted, with buyers preferring higher-grade imported pellets, available at competitive prices. No imported lumps cargo was booked throughout CY’24, and this trend has continued in CY’25. China’s seaborne iron ore fines (Fe 62%) spot prices fell $1/t w-o-w to $103/t CFR on 25 Mar.
