Shyam Metalics reports 110% y-o-y surge in stainless steel sales in Feb’25

Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd reported a 110% y-o-y increase in stainless steel sales (8,552 t) in Feb’25, with a 10% rise in realisations to INR 129,227/t. However, sales declined 5% m-o-m from Jan’25 (8,962 t), while realisations increased 3%. Aluminium foil sales grew 23% y-o-y (1,686 t), with a 13% rise in realisations to INR 351,778/t. Realisations showed mixed trends despite volume growth.
