Billet export prices in CIS fall by $10-15/t to $525-530/t on account of low finished steel products prices in China.
Demand of Billet is weak in CIS presently and buyers wish to place bookings of Billet at low prices.
It was heard that a buyer purchased 5,000 tons of Billet from Ukraine at $535/t fob Black Sea, to be delivered in September and is being offered at the same price for October delivery.
Also, some bookings to Europe and Middle East has been placed at $530/t fob Black Sea for October delivery .
