National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) is a Navratna CPSE under Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India, issues a global tender for purchase of 1,900 MT +/- 5% Pig iron for smelter plant at Angul, Odisha, India. The offer will be valid for the period of 3 months from the due date of tender.
The quotation is required for the full quantity. Bidders quoting part quantity out of the total requirement will not be considered. Foreign bidders to quote prices in single foreign currency preferable in USD, GBP, CAD, EUR, CHF, JPY, NOK and AUD only.
Foreign bidders shall quote their prices on FOB as well as CFR Kolkata port basis indicating the firm marine freight charges separately. In case of indigenous bidders price should be quoted on FOR destination at smelter plant at Angul, Odisha basis. For indigenous bidders quoting on high sea sale transaction basis, the prices shall be quoted on CIF Kolkata sea port basis in packed condition.

Manganese : 0.50 to 1.00%

Eligibility criteria
1. Bidder should have supplied minimum 950 MT pig iron during last two years
2. Bidder shall furnish the audit annual report containing audited balance sheets and profit & loss accounts
3. Bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceeding
4. The bidder needs to furnish a declaration to the effect that they have not been banned or de-listed by any government or quasi government agencies or PSUs of India
