JSW Steel’s crude steel production from Indian operations touched 2.249 mnt in Aug’24, up 2% y-o-y as against 2.215 mnt in Aug’23. Capacity utilisation at Indian operations stood at 91% during the month. Additionally, the company’s consolidated crude steel production edged up 1% y-o-y to 2.316 mnt in Aug’24 from 2.286 mnt in the CPLY.
