Taiwan: CSC’s steel sales rise 7% y-o-y in May’24

China Steel Corporation’s (CSC’s) steel sales volume rose by 6.6% y-o-y to 657,357 t in May’24 as compared to 616,666 t in the same period last year. However, on m-o-m basis, the same fell by 3% m-o-m against 680,086 t in Apr’24. Moreover, for Jan-May’24, sales volume went up by 3% y-o-y to 3.32 mnt compared to 3.21 mnt in Jan-May’23.
