Base metals prices on LME witnessed uptrends. Copper stock inflows rose 1.83% reaching 158,700 t. Sales of new battery-electric cars in the European Union dropped 12% in May from a year earlier, led by a 30% plunge in Germany, as per reports. Brent oil futures were up slightly by 0.11% to $85 per barrel. Crude oil WTI futures edged down by 0.18% to $81 per barrel at the time of reporting.
