Vedanta-FACOR’s ferro chrome auction today saw the larger lot of 10-150 mm fetching an H1 price of INR 106,200/t exw against the base price of INR 106,000/t. The smaller lot fetched INR 106,900/t exw. Bids were ex-plant with 60% Cr pro rata, excluding GST. The marginal INR 200/t m-o-m dip reflects the persisting subdued state of the ferro chrome and stainless steel markets.
