Today, NMDC has informed BSE that in terms of order dated 11 Jan’16 the additional charge of the post of Chairman cum Managing Director of NMDC is assigned to Mrs. Bharathi S Sihag, Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Steel.
The ministry has given the additional charge or a period of three months w.e.f. 1 Jan’16 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
Company’s previous CMD Mr. Narendra Kothari retired on 31 Dec’15.
