Thailand’s ferrous scrap imports stood at 94,428 t in Feb’24, marking a 10% decline from Jan’24 (104,877 t).
- The US led as the top exporter with 25,196 t, followed by Australia at 11,788 t and South Korea at 7,875 t.
- However, on a y-o-y basis, the imported ferrous scrap volumes declined by 8% as compared to 102,709 t.
