Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is the India’s largest steelmaker and produces a variety of steel and iron products. SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), has invited three parts bid tender for purchase of 5,000 MT IS marked cement, portland slag for FY16.
Bids are to be submitted in three parts i.e EMD, Techno-Commercial (TC) and Price Bid in separate sealed cover. TC and price bid is to be submitted online only. The reverse auction will be conducted once the TC and price bid opened.
Eligibility criteria
1.Bidder must be a manufacturer of IS marked cement.
2.Bidder have to submit duly attested BIS certificate.
3.Bidder must have supplied 2,500 MT in any of the last 3 financial year and current financial year up to the date of offer submission.
