According to statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, production and sales of cars increased in August 2013.
China's Automobile manufactures produced 1.67 million units in August'13, which is increased by 5.92% in compare to month-on-month and 11.7% up year-on-year comparison. The increase in production is recognized to better demand as well as continuation of normal operations at Chinese plants after the scheduled preventive repairs and the holidays in late July-early August. China automobile production reached 14.01 million units in January-August, up by 12.36% year-on-year assessment.
Automobile Sales in August also increased by 10.28% in compare of August'12, and went up by 8.74% in month-on-month comparison. Total sales went up to 1.64 million units in August'13.In January-August, China auto sales rose by 11.81% to 13.94 million units.
Growing car production and sales are expected to stimulate demand for flat products.
