- There has been no fluctuation in the Pig Iron prices quoted last week by various manufacturers
- Few of the plants in Andhra Pradesh, Goa and Odisha continued to hold operations
- Trades of Pig Iron was decent during the week with not much of stock left unsold
- In view of senior officials at JSPL and KIC Metaliks Ltd, “a hike of around Rs 500/MT by major producers might take place in the week ahead due to stock piled up as trades was limited during the first two quarters and output could be less looking at the raw material market scenario.
