“Despite the short supply of iron ore in India, Pig Iron prices might not show any revival in the month of November”, said Brokers.
“Offers are likely to stay firm as RINL and NINL have pushed their stock in domestic market due to weak international market, high power prices and no improvement in steel demand.
Current offers hover in the range of Rs 23,500-25,000/MT (Ex-Works India)”, remarked a large commission agent in Odisha.
Also, NINL and RINL have secured the supply of iron ore from NMDC and OMC which will not hamper their production in the days ahead.
