Chinese mills have increased HRC offers by $15/t w-o-w. Current offers for SS400 grade stand at $680/t CFR Karachi. Steel demand in Pakistan continues to remain slow. It is also difficult to open new LCs. Japanese or South Korean mills are not offering to Pakistan, sources informed SteelMint.
