Vedanta conducted an auction for sale of 24,000 t of iron ore lumps from its A. Narrain mines in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district on 4 Mar’23. According to sources, 16,000 t of material (6-20mm, Fe57.5%) was booked at the floor price of INR 3,804/t. Price was exclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMET.
