Billet exporters in India are offering 125*125 mm commercial grade Billet with sulphur and phoshorus content over 120, at around $580-590/MT FOB Haldia Port to steel mills based in Bangladesh.
No deals have been heard concluded at these levels. Domestic prices in Indian market are hovering around Rs 29,400-31,000/MT (Ex- Works).
However, buyers based in Bangladesh claim to have cheaper offers from Russia, at around $590-600/MT CFR Chittagong.
