South Korea: POSCO plans to raise CR galvanised steel prices by up to KRW 50,000/t ($39/t) for Mar’23

South Korea’s steel major, POSCO, is planning to raise prices of cold-rolled galvanised products by KRW 30,000-50,000/t ($23-39/t) in March 2023, followed by hike in prices announced in January and February, SteelDaily reports. The decision to raise prices comes amid rising raw material prices and hikes announced by global steelmakers in China and the US.
